Family Activities
Families in our congregation share in a variety of activities and events throughout the year. Special events include
congregational picnics, camping weekends at Gracefield (pay them a visit - and say we sent you!)
and congregational dinners.
Activities for Individuals
Parkwood offers many opportunities for people to get together. We have groups for youth, singles & adults. We have bible studies for adults. We have activities
for those who like to sing. We have men's breakfasts. We offer support groups for those who need encouragement. We hope you'll be encouraged by these opportunities for fun and fellowship too.
- Bible Studies (see monthly calendar - meetings stop sometime in June, resume in September)
- Sunday Afternoon Bible Study: Sundays @ 1:00 PM via Zoom. Currently on summer hiatus, and will resume sometime in October.
They will be discussing what the Bible says is God’s purpose for everyone and for each of us. each person participates at their own comfort level.

- Barrhaven Bible Study: Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 PM via Zoom; fall term 2025 runs Oct. 22 - Dec. 17,
will first complete our study of 1 John - chapters 3-5, followed by a new study of Galatians.
