The Mulvagh Wing will be torn down. Construction will then proceed to build a new facility on roughly the same footprint of the Mulvagh Wing.
Major changes on ground floor (or main) level
1. Gathering space
- similar to November 2013 plan
- height reduced to existing ceiling height
- coat room relocated to area where washroom and volunteer office are currently located
2. Foyer
- protection for entrance to proposed foyer
- from foyer, direct access to stairs and elevator/lift
- access off foyer to stairs (down) to lower level and (up) to classrooms, nursery
3. Other
- current Youth Ministry Office becomes Volunteer Room
- Meeting Room and Library now combined
- Nursery and classroom (likely to be used for pre-school) now on main floor
- accessible washroom located on main floor
- some storage for janitor, general

Major changes to Lower level (basement)
- revamped dedicated storage areas along "Chesterton wall" including area currently occupied by Library, stairs
- current hallway to Music Office and Meeting Room becomes storage and additional accessible washroom
- One classroom plus one Youth Room (loss of one room from November 2013 design)
- additional storage for records, music, benevolence, general
