Presbyterians respond to the disaster in Haiti... Individuals and congregations across the country have made a remarkable
response to victims of the earthquake in Haiti through PWS&D. To date, we have already raised over $1.3 million! Working together with the Action by
Churches Together (ACT) Alliance, we are reaching those in need with food, clean water, hygiene kits, tents, trauma counseling and latrines. We have
assisted more than 150,000 people since the earthquake hit, and the majority of this assistance is ongoing.
See PWS&D's Haiti homepage for more information.

The Annual Report for 2009 is now available
here in electronic form in pdf format (1.2 MB). The online version includes corrections made to
the print version during the Annual Meeting, Feb. 20, 2010, which are listed on the page that follows the cover page. The team member list on the last
page has also been revised (25/02/2010).
Tapes of services are made each week and are available for $2 each. Normally
the scripture passage(s), special music and sermon are recorded. When copies are desired for a lengthy period, arrangements
can be made to "recycle" tapes. We also have an archive of tapes going back several years (although that doesn't necessarily
mean we have a copy of every service). If you're interested in receiving a tape or tapes please talk to Carl Martin or contact
your elder or the church office (office@parkwoodchurch.ca). It is also possible to request services on CD.
